![]() Furious is, to me, the most interesting character in the movie. ![]() Furious talks to Trey like he's an adult, not a kid, and he acts that attitude when he tells his ex-wife she no longer has a say in where Trey lives. Cuba's body language in that scene is good because he's trying to act like he doesn't care that much, but he still really looks up to his father. Furious is just like "I'm eating." It struck me because of how gruff he is to his son even though asking your dad to fix your hair is kind of a sign of affection. ![]() The scene where he's just digging into the food Trey brought him, and Trey asks if he can fix his fade stands out to me for some reason. I love Lawrence Fishburne's performance - there's a lot of nuance in it.
